mapquest says 4 hours, the best ive done is in the vicinity of 3. driving up with the cruise set at 83 isnt usually a problem at all, there are however a few spots where it is wise to go slow.
early mornings, the cops up 91 usually arent too bad. ct cops are not a major concern, but mass cops are, especially since they decided to master the fine art of laser, which is almost impossible to beat. however, mass cops arent usually out on the early morning commutes, they nail you on the drive home.
a radar detector really come into play once you hit vermont because they use moving radar there and you can pick it up from a mile or two away, which is ample time to slow down to an appropriate speed.

CT to VT? OK, 3, 3.5 hours to either Killington or the house. House is 181 miles no matter which of 3 routes I have taken. K? I ain't sure of miles.
Now, once here, 30 minutes and 26 miles, door to door, my house to Bay 1. Ah, maybe Bay 1 Breakfast next Spring. Hal, you available for cooking? I'll bring the Thermos Griddle. I got the Bay 1 pass to set up.
