Dork you might also want to check out places like>Ocean State Job Lot< because I purchased the Ski-Jacket that I wear there 5 years ago for 49 bucks and it has hundreds of days on it with no problems and I still love it!

Speaking of Ski shops I have to put in a plug for THE BASIN ski shop!
I busted a buckle this week in the woods on a pair of Nordica Beast boots that I purchased at THE BASIN last season and they installed a new buckle in 10 minutes as I waited for no charge!
Nothin for nothing here dude, but for what you paid for those boots, that buckle should have come with a blowjob as well.
Uh, I think I've met all the fitters at the Basin, and I'll take just the boots, thank you.
I'd take a gander at Carol...

Dork:

If only the pull is broken, replacement pulls are readily available in fabric [think weaving crafts from summer camp] or in "designer" accessories. Modell's or Sports Authority etc. all send athletic team pulls - even JETS jacket pulls. They are cheap [Jets ones are probably even cheaper !], but Jets ski jackets are also really cheap. This time of year, outlet centers for Reebok, Champs and more want to get rid of team jackets because the maker of these jackets changes every couple of years and because the 2006 "official" jacket will have a different design from the 2005 jacket. If you're a skier and/or a fan - who cares.

After the "Kotite" years, I bought a JETS ski jacket for $39.00, but even now they would be less than $60.

Therein lies the basic problem.
I think it might be cheaper to just replace the zipper. We will bring it home this coming weekend and I will get it to the taylor for replacement.
Hmmm $20 versus $300+. I think we will replace the zipper for this year.

ArcTeryx on eBay is the only way to go.

Sidewinder shell. Check it out at backcountry.com then cruise the auction.

like I said before. it's not the pull that broke off. It's the metal loop that the pull attaches to on the zipper up and down thingy that broke off.

It cost $8 to get a new zipper pull put in. That amount also covered repairing a minor tear to inside liner.
