Oddly enough, it has r*ined here way more than usual, but the part of my house that would normally fill with water has remained quite dry. Someone must have drained the swamp I think.

My car is going wacko. Another one of those bizarre t-storms. I'm looking at the window and a wicked lightning spell and a boom, crash thunder and it must of rattled my car 'cause my hatch window and hatch door opened up.
Car was locked but my alarm didn't go off.

These storms are cool. 8)

I wouldn't have believed it either if I didn't see it. And, I was no where near my remote for the car. :P

Started r*ining here around mid-morning and been pouring on and off ever since. Gave me a chance to do some clean up work around the house. Damn, the bathtub in my master bath was awful...better now but still needs a good hit with Lime-Away or something like it. Tree Rat stopped by late afternoon after some kind of ski patrol refresher course and he and I went out to Peppers for dinner before he had to drive back to Boston. He had Indie with him and the car smells like wet dog...I assume that's Indie and not Tree Rat. Anyway, the r*in has let up for the moment.

There's a biking event here this weekend called 24 Hours of Killington, or something like that, and those folks are out on the hill biking in the slop and will be sleeping in soggy tents tonight, many set up in the Vail parking area. I guess they picked a bad weekend but, what can you do.....

I wonder if Spanky is one of those participating in that event. I remember him posting about it a while back. I spent the day studying and will continue to study the whole weekend. Big test on Monday.

Longest...delay....ever....

Looks like I'm getting home around 5am

Hehe, finally got home around 545am, slept for 1.5 hours, then drove to Wildwood which took around 4 hours in the traffic and pouring r*in. I think I need a few days off after that fiasco. Oh, and it r*ined the whole time at the shore. We were actually betting on all the Soap Box Derby Races on ESPN 2 on Saturday

B)
Mmmmmm, sidecountry....
