Sorry, I can only memorize the last 4 digits of my SS#. Would a photocopy of my SS card with my signature suffice?

If you want an SS of someone they're somewhat easily obtainable through public court records and such. With a little work, you can get it. Of course you have to assume the person has been in court, but with the dis, that's imaginable. Most records are online too, maybe I should find dis's SS? That'd be good for a laugh.
