The simple answer is nitrogen scatters blue light, and the atmosphere is 80% nitrogen.

Is that a real question, or are you kidding? I don't know if you really want an answer. You never know on this board. I've read the sky really isn't blue, it's just that we perceive it to be that way because of the diffusion of the spectrum as it comes through our atmosphere.

Doesn't make sense, right?

Bring back the "K" chair when they used to have a mid station.
The top to bottom snow thing makes it too hard to open early.
Used to ski Cascade and the glades triple and then ride the chair back down at the end of the day...

Skiing was better in the 70's I guess...
