Hey Dork, we need to update our entry . . . thought the large cooler was up here, but it is not, so we're off for a large cooler. We will have pork products, kielbasa, chips, veggies and dip, beer in a small cooler, chairs, paper plates, napkins, paper towels, some plastic utensils . . . and maybe a sweet - not sure what our NJ partier is offering:) Thanks - sorry if you were counting on the large cooler:(

Ok, the first batch was going to be marbled cream cheese brownies, but instead of vanilla, I grabbed mint extract. (Hey, they are both brown 2oz bottles with little white labels) So the cream cheese never made it in, and they became mint chocolate chip brownies, with a chocolate frosting.

The second batch is a plain brownie with a german chocolate frosting.

One is from scratch with butter and Callebaut chocolate, and one is a mix with water and canola oil. We'll see which one turns out better.

My mouth is salivating as I read. I picked up some chocolate chip cookies, oatmeal raisin cookies and some little brownies. I don't have time to make anything so I hope that Costco's bakery will be good enough.

Can you ask the wife to prepare some of her famous zucchini strips to be grilled as well? Tell her to marinade them and put them in ziplock bags.
