Until it's possible to actually buy one of these things or SP Land puts out a press release, it's all just conjecture.

I hope your source is wrong, for that price they won't sell one.

The "new" Killington can charge whatever they like. Generally when "something" changes hands, however, the new owners try and retain the existing customer base, maintain brand loyalty, all that kind of stuff. Raising prices to that extent will not accomplish that at all. "Same crappy lifts, new higher prices". Whole thing sounds like bs to me. Wouldn't surprise me to find out that this rumor was started by a competitor.

I doubt it'd be that high

$towe starts their midweek pass at $740

and they have a lot more going for it then Killington does in terms of reputation

$799 would be a good price for Killington/Pico. Before the A41 passes, early season was nearly $1000 and full was about $1400, and they were still selling. The season may be shorter, but the demand is still there.

Glad I got mine!

it is better to have it and not need it than need it and not have it :)

All rumors. I heard last week on a lift that Sunday River and Sugarloaf were both "sold."

Oh and by the way, the WMD is hidden under Outer Limits.

And Osama is living in the old Gondi Station at the summit!
