Obviously if we get more snow it won't be the last weekend for many of us.
But with 60 degree temps for the rest of the week and r*in in the forcast for the end of next week, this might be the last weekend of reallly good snow and open terrain.
However if there is a May snowstorm.............
BLASPHEMY!
Superstar was my least favorite trail at K. Some nice snow in spots, but the amount of snowboarders that trail sees is unreal --- and they ruin the snow with their huge scraping turns. Superstar = Ice.
Dude - come ski SS in May. Lots 'o' fun!
Every time I've skied SS it's been nice ... sometimes you just have to stick to the sides

I have to admit Superstar was really nice this weekend. I would love to come up for closing weekend, I just wish they would open up more terrain if that terrain is still skiable. As the last 2 weekends have shown if there is snow and the mountain is open people will come!
