You never know Doc. If Ma Nature send us a 3 ft dump like 2 years ago, then they will probably open with a skeleton crew - maybe just run one lift. One can only hope.

It'd be nice, but...in order for me to be happy, they'd have to run the K-1 and the SPQ, so I can access the South Ridge.

The Old Farmers Almanac

says, for "region 1" (new england basically) that there will be r*in and Snow showers from Oct 17-20 (Snow at K), showers, Snow north Oct 21-25 (more Snow at K!) , COLD, Snow showers Oct 26-31 (K is buried!)...
