My original prediction was August 20th. I'm gonna be pretty damn close.

Is that a bit like the "late, late season meltdown" the Yankees will always be famous for. Although I really wouldn't call it a meltdown as much as I'd say they just didn't have an answer to the greatest comeback in sports history.

Man, I'm greated by such serene and happy thoughts every time some Yankee fan stirs up the ole memory box.

Thanks!

Funny how when you only have a few short fond memories they tend to stick out more, while having lots of great memories tends to meld them together throughout your lifetime.

You need a box to hold just one (1) memory?

Nope, that's my best. Just one (1) memory. That's gotta be tough for you considering how many great memories the Yankee fans have as compared to just your one (1). Sad.

Can you guys let go of 2004? Holy sh*t. That was 3 years ago. Live in the now! Supposedly the best team in baseball is only up 5 games. Crow is going to be endangered species when it's all said and done. Get the salt n pepper out.....it's almost time to eat!

Gagne, Gagne, Gagne. After losing 3 games for the Sox they send him back out there in a two run game. He still gave up a couple of singles. He's only had one outing where a running didn't get into scoring position. His ERA and WHIP are through the roof. Sure hope this guy comes around. Freaking Cy Young winner.
