Never enough real estate pal. Paper is paper, real estate is "real". Gotta have both.

Keeping the units at K. Just might wanna branch out a bit. The family will be doing a lot more skiing at MRG and SB this season. Just wanna spread it out a bit.

I'll still do plenty of skiing at K when I'm solo, but at this point, I want my kids elsewhere some/most of the time. MRG and The Bush have great, and reasonably priced, kids programs. Hell, MRG is giving all my kids FREE season passes. Yes, free. Been back and forth a few times with Egan and he's doing a good job of selling me on the kids programs at SB.

So anybody know a decent broker in the Mad River Valley?

Well, thats not really a stretch, since K gives all kids under 6 free passes.

Where on the K website can I get my kids free season passes? Point me in the right direction Mr. Dorque. I'd like 3 of them.
oops - it's actually $29, but it's always been that. If you want a day pass, those are free.

We bought them the $29 passes when they were under 6, just to not have to go to the ticket window, and to have a keepsake.

Sorry.

Thanks. Gonna pick those up for $29, so we will use them when we ski with the kids.

Now, about that broker? Anyone?

Yep, until age 12. Now that's family friendly. Free skiing for 8 more years for the kids at MRG.

Dorque, what say you?

Walter Hensen and Sugarbush RE have been there forever and we had good luck with him. They are right in the village and there is another location in the village in Waitsfield. www.sugarbushrealestate.com
Walter looks just like John Wayne! Walter knows everyone in the valley. I see him at all Sugarbush events. Just make sure he or the agent you choose knows exactly what your tastes are. We went to look at our place I had found in an ad and I have a good nose for RE having been in the biz but he insisted on showing us a few other choices first. I guess it did help to confirm what I already knew I wanted. But he's a nice guy. He will remember you after the purchase , even a small one like ours.
Now , maybe I haven't skied Sugarbush enough to know the character well enough...HS 4/17/2007

Walter is starting to age , but he looks a lot like the Duke. I suck at posting pics. Can you post a more recent pic of John? Alive , preferably.
