Hmm, it seemed to me that this point was not settled on the plans that I saw at about the same time as you, but that there was a distinct desire to END the access road before/at the new village, have all skiers park at or before the village and shuttle to the lifts, and to eliminate ALL vehicle traffic beyond the village. There would be no parking at K-1, and the new combined Snowshed/Ramshead area would be the primary base area.

That sounds really inconvenient for anyone who doesn't want to start at Ramshead/Snowshed. Are these people absolute retards?

I like the rumor of the tunnel from Rutland to Rams Head much better.

forgetting entirely the fact that if you close the road at Snowshed, where do you then put ALL the cars that parked in the KBL and Vale Lots?
Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop off like autumn leaves.

Easy -- you put them at Mt. Snow, Okemo, and Sugarbush...
