He will still have to Register as a Sex Offender, I would assume that he has done so already in VT.

My understanding is that offenders register after prison time when they are returned to the community. So , at the earliest he will register after sentencing if he just receives probation, or after the prison term. But my guess is that he won't be required to register at all.
As many of you know I used to work as a ER Nurse in Ohio at an inner city hospital. Right around the corner from the red light district. Lots of poor. One night I was working my meat wagon shift riding around with the EMT's. We got called to a house. It wasn't pretty. We worked on the little boy for a while with no results.
The man in the house was taken away by the police. So was his wife and 2 neighbors after things shook out. There was child porn material all over that house we entered to help that boy. You do not want to know what it showed in the autopsy what they did to him.
Yes Boycott all properties Rick is involved with. Most certainly boycott all properties. Even the bar that he owns the building it is in. I've seen first hand what someone as sick as Rick can do to a child. Boycott!
