I don't know since SkiDork is cooking tonight. As far as knowing how to make Chicken Parmigiana, I do know how to make it but just choose not to since both SkiDork and I should not be eating cheese because of the cholesterol factor. This past weekend alone I had several high cholesterol items. I've got to get back to being good for my health sake.

We had chicken parm for dinner last week. Here's my recipe: marry a good cook! Actually...marry someone who likes to cook...even if it's not that good, if I don't have to make it, I don't complain. :wink:
