It really does not look like it's worth the effort to put the boots on.
Serious? Are you even a real skier...I take any chance I get to throw the boots on, and you should to! You KZone peeps need to realize skiing is about having fun even if there is minimal snow, sorry that most of you only enjoy groomers on bluebird days...comonnnn.

no one is forcing you to go. if i was a local kid i would be there is a second. don't hate on them for trying, at least some people have strapped on their gear and let em rip a bit.
and plus its FREE.
Thanks for taking time out of your 17 year old life to tell me that. Quick sign off, here comes the librarian.

In general, when a pig flies, it kind of misses the point to complain about its poor aerodynamic performance. Truthfully, I wouldn't make the 3 hour drive to Mt Snow for that, but if Killington did something similar, I might make the 4 hour drive. The people out there hitting it are your hard core customers. They'll go back and brag to their buddies how they went skiing this weekend, and how unbelievably awesome it was (has a fish story every gotten smaller in the re-telling?). Good marketing. They blew a test patch, set up some rails, and now all anyone is talking about is Mt Snow. They get it.

while I give them props for trying to get things open and make people happy, It appears to be nothing more than a Woodbury grab at fame. but, they will continue to make snow and build a base which is better than a former mountain to the North of them.
i was considering taking a ride down there with some other peeps from ktown midweek this week, but i dont really feel like slaying the jib yard with a bunch of tall tee wearing freaks. if it was a legit trail, id be on my way, but theres no reason to drive down there when K will (as far as the word on the street from reliable sources) be open sooner than most think. ponder that for a minute...
