A few shots of today's snowmaking

Post by Bubba »

I was able to grab these shots today around 1:30. Some of those "clouds" just below the peak are actually snow guns firing away.

Anybody in the know about how long it takes them to get the place open?

What are the chances of being open Friday and Saturday? Realistically?

I believe it has been mentioned in other threads that no mountain in NE is going to be open this weekend. Hope you got up there last Thursday for a few runs.

dude doesnt matter if its a mtn or a molehill, CT is opening this weekend and the mighty K is not.....if Woodbury sucks so much why would they go to so much effort to open it this early?

Keep trying though.

Listen im as pissed about this killington mess as you all are. Yeah I dont ski there on a regular basis, but my family sure does and I still have property in the area that could/was/is/and might be in the future effected by Powdrs management of the mtn.

Woodbury won't be open very much longer. They might not be open currently as Kmartman pontificates.

dont know either, just going by the previously posted information like the rest of you.

Oh and the real estate market sucks even more there now. Dont care what you say. I know the markets down in general, but the Powdr situation isnt helping things.

I bought in Killington because it was the "beast of the east" long seasons...I dont have that anymore. thats Powdr's fault.
