express card trouble

Post by schifty »

if your using the express card be carfull your not double charged. I was billed for 6 days instead of the 4 we skied. getting someone on the phone with any kind of power seems inpossible. word to the wise back these cards with your credit card only!! or you'll be chasing them to get your money back. 7 days, many calls and still no $$ returned. they even tried to tell me i skied 6 times in a two day period.

I still haven't heard sh*t as far as my blackout pass goes.
I was charged and got the auto. confirm. e-mail the night I purchased mine.. haven't heard or received boo since though.
Hopefully I can find where to call by tomorrow so I might have enough time before my trip in the next couple months to sort it all out with them.
For some reason I won't be shocked if they don't have records of sh!T.

That stinks. Hope it all gets sorted out in your favor. I wonder if they even believe "that the customer is always right".

If you used a credit card, all you need to do is dispute the charges by calling your credit card company. The credit card company will side with you.

Does it surprise you that you would get attitude from someone in the Killington Pass office? The couple of times that I have had to deal with them over the years (other than just picking up my pass), my experiences have been VERY negative. It's almost like they start off with the attitude that you are trying to steal from them, rather than that you are a customer that they should be trying to provide good service to.

what do u expect from these people? they get $10 an hour? its your typical customer service. same crap in nyc or anywhere else. the whole world is pissed off. before 2008 everyone seemed angry now with the economy in the toilet i can just imagine everyones attitude. if someone gives u any crap just give it right back 10x harder!!!!

I have always had very positive experiences with the Season Pass Office, both in person and on the phone. They were very helpful and very nice.

Agreed. I've never had an issue with the pass office. The only time we had a disagreement was when I lost my pass and the first person I spoke with wanted to charge me the standard fee. I was able to work around it and get the fee waived and, on top of that, my pass turned up a couple of days later and they called me to let me know it had been turned in.
