Conditions at Windham?

Post by andyzee »

Anyone been to Winham lately. I was planning on coming up to VT this weekend and ski Sugarbush, but the hotel I normally stay at is booked, so I'm considering NY.

I cant speak for Windham..
But up here we didnt get any snow last week.
It snowed last night about 2" then it poured for a couple of hours...

I bet it's going to be sketchy anywhere in the "skills" this weekend... It's going to depend on basedepths and grooming...

Hunter made snow last week and may make some more this week to resurface high travel spots...

Why should I care where you ski??
Just as long as you don't diss it without reason...

Hunter is not for everyone... And your one of those people... I'm cool with that..

Windham - to me - is very boring... But thats just me...

We blew right past Killington this weekend and went to the White Mountains...
We intend on skiing there a lot in Spring - maybe catching a day here or there soon...

At Windham I would be more concerned about the crowds on a weekend than the conditions.

thanks for the Icy info. I was thinking of racing at Belleayre next weekend, but with solid ice maybe K is a better bet. Besides, I can ski K for FREE, and stay too.
