Well, anyway, Herb has found a grate Ski House, and I'm offering daily and short term rentals.
After a bunch of tries at joining other houses (seems like no one ever responds to my inquiry, or the answer is no), Herb has decided to branch out on his own.
I've taken a look at how it works, and I think it offers me a chance to make some easy muny. I found a grate house, and I'm offuring beds by the night. If u r out late at the Pickle Barrel u can crash at Herb House for short muny. btw, I'm excepting cash. No checks, no credit, and no barter.
Tha's rite - no live-in's and no month to month. This is striktly short term.
