Personally, I feel he's usually an asset to the board, brings a lot of good stuff. Just sometimes he goes off the deep end, like the past few days. So my answer would be lets just wait a while.

Junior, You really seem to like Dis and try to stick up for him. After some of the posts he has made recently and especially this AM with threats, do you really think he should be allowed back??
I know you have been banned on other sites and seemed to disappear for awhile around here. You now seem to be behaving, keep it up!
And yes ,the L word was lawsuit. Freedom of speech can only be stretched so far, especially when it involves threads. He could be prosecuted for what he said in my opion. Look what happened over at Sugarloaf last year!
