I have bedroom for rent in a 4 bedroom, 2 bath house. During the week you would share the whole house with one other person and on the weekends, two couples. House is located halfway up the access rd (Dean Hill). Rent ($700 per month) includes furnished house/bedroom, wireless internet/cable, all utilities, washer/dryer, hot tub, trash removal and plowing. We have had returning tenants from previous years. We would also consider doing a seasonal couple share for $4,000 for the season. Yr. round storage included and off season visitations a possibility.
