Help me find this Condo

I am trying to locate the address and name of this condo development. Any help would be much appreciated. I am heading north this weekend and want to stop by and take a look.

The address that I have is Killington Rd Sherburne, VT Rutland County

If anyone happens to be an owner or on the condo board I would really love to talk with you.

I think that's the hotel in the triangle between the Access Road and West Hill Road. Comfort Inn. I've never bothered driving in their parking lot but I don't know what else it could be.

Would the comfort inn at Killington have a 3bdrm 3 bath unit? Website doesn't seem to have one.

It's possible the property is not on the access road but I am not sure.

I'd guess that two of the bedrooms can be used as lockouts with separate entrances so it can be used as 2 hotel rooms and a 1 BR suite. A a hotel, they likely have almost no demand for 3 bedrooms. People would rent a (much nicer) condo instead for less dollars. I've never set foot on the property but from your photo, it can't be anywhere else.

That is the Comfort Inn 1/2 way up K rd. They had several 3 bd/bth units for sale several years ago when we bought our condo and they were going for cheap. We weren't looking for anything that big, but I remember our realtor telling us that he didn't quite understand what the deal with them was so he stayed away from showing those. He said other realtors also didn't understand either...

Comfort Inn looks like the stuff.

Sounds like the unit is currently on the market for $29,000 and hits the auction block in Novmber. I bet someone ends up with this for wayyy too much money.

Any info on their Condo Assoc or reasons why people did or did not buy there would be much appreicated. I emailed the Comfort Inn for Condo info as well.

Sounds pretty restrictive though.

This listing says $27,900. Some type of quarter share probably. Probably want to contact the person in this ad. Looks like she works for Century 21...
