I hear ya on the midweek. Only managed to do that once this season...St. Patrick's day. Awesome.

Ocean State Job lot has a 8.5 oz. bottle of Grade A, Dark Amber for $3.60 with the internet coupon this week.

I picked up a gallon of Grade A Dark Amber last weekend from Sugar and Spice for $58.50. As a bonus, they were boiling off the sap when I was in there so I got to sample some fresh syrup.
