Andy, just as a request by Snowjob that his posts in the shares/rentals forum be left alone. I think thats reasonable seeing as how he's trying to rent out some of his shares and wants to "seem" professional. So in that forum we'd like it kept civil etc.

Seems to me that if this is going to get adjudicated on K-zone, AndyZee needs to state what the "minor" (Bubba's words) grudge is.

Was AndyZee left on the mountain with just the assumption he'd get off alright, thereby putting AndyZee's safety at risk? Or was it more a case of missing a beer together?

This is potentially an issue which has relevence to skiing as well.

Andyzee, this has nothing to do with how I run a ski house. I believe the real issue is you're still hurt and angry that I didn't wait for you at the end of our hike in the Adirondacks some years ago. We finished the hike before you, It was late and I wanted to get going because I had to drive hours to get home; you were staying locally. I apologized to you back then, and I can apologize again. I'm sorry I didn't wait. It wasn't the best decision.

That was over three years ago. Since that time I have read without responding your posts that insinuate I'm gay, that I'm uptight, that my ski house has constant turnover and there must be something wrong. I haven't bothered to collect them, but I know there are at least a couple of dozen of them.

Just because I made a mistake doesn't mean you can abuse me. I think I've let this run long enough. Please stop bullying and picking on me. Please stop writing anything about me or about my ski house. I hope you can just put this behind you and we'll both move on.
