I guess Westchester County counts as "NYC Metro Area", but I think there should be an intermediate category between Albany Metro and NYC Metro. Places like Poughkeepsie, for example, are somewhere in between. Perhaps Lower Hudson Valley works for these cases. What do you think, Bubba? Is Poughkeepsie Albany Metro, NY Metro or something else?

Not really Metro Hartford, but I pass by it as I head North. The Fringe of New London county. Do we really have Counties in CT?

I assume you mean Rhode Island? It's too small to worry about. Actually, I was thinking in terms of the state being the far fringe of the Boston metro area.
