We're getting hammered.....again

Post by junior »

Puking hard at 2200 feet. It's starting to pile up. 7:35pm Friday.

No idea what will be on the ground come morning, but it's coming down fast and furious at 2200 feet right now. Be careful on the roads folks, at least up this way.

Snow is light and fluffy. Small flakes. Come get some. Tell your friends. Tomorrow could be serious up here. Not making any predictions, just reporting what's going on at elevation at the Mighty Killington. Did I mention....COME GET SOME!!!!

Good night.

No offense, but light snow with periods of moderate followed by more light does not equal puking. If it does, then the past two years has really jaded us.

left brooklyn at 2:30 , subway ride to astoria. metro north to CT to pick up the Jeep GC.

hellride to kton.

took north street to 684 to, back roads thru brewster to 84 west to taconic.

taconic was fun, saw about 4 or 5 cars in the ditch. managed to get in a caravan and haul ass.

taconic to 90 to 787 to 7 -> super 7 -> rut-vegas.

slowest ride up to kton ever

i wish i had taken the ethan allan.

tomorrow should be fun though.

A whopping two inches of snow on the ground... Maybe it came in the 15 mins immediately following Jr's post.

Typical 4.5 hour ride took 5:45. Not one of the more relaxing rides but I've had worse.

Your condo must be in a different weather system than ours. Looking very nice out there this morning. Anywhere from 3 to 5 in our lots on the cars and snowing steadily still. Are you looking inside your condo for the snow?

2-4 is getting hammered? Or did you mean hammered in traffic, 'cause 2-4 is NOT anything remotely major.

I was stuck on I84 last night around Danbury. Holy shitshow. From my house it took FIVE HOURS to go 35 miles.

I turned around at 9pm and came home. Unreal....
