I don't know why, but I have an appitite that I cannot fill this week. Yesterday, big plate of chopsuey and Ben and Jerry's. Last night huge dinner, potatoe, steak and veggies, more Ben and Jerry's.
Today, 3 eggs, Big Pasta lunch, More Ben and Jerry's, and I am still hungry. Gonna have to start pulling food from the freezer to suvive the afternoon so I don't starve or something.
Maybe the Ben and Jerrys makes you more hungry.
I just ate a half pint of Chocolate Fudge Brownie after lunch and I may finish it off before I go home.

Darn must you always post these appetite inducing things. I am sitting here eating my salad and dreaming of pasta and ice cream.
I can never seem to leave some Ben and Jerry's in the pint container. It looks like 1 serving to me.
What becomes a real problem is when the wife can't seem to finish hers. What is a loving husband who loves Ban and Jerry's to do ? Polish off a 2nd pint...
im still digesting breakfast from 10:30 which consisted of
1 belgian waffle
2 eggs scrambled
5 strips of bacon (crispy)
side of home fries (well done)
toast
2 large orange juice
2 coffees
some sort of muffin
and half a sausage i picked off a co-workers plate.
i totally skipped lunch, out of fear that i would hurt myself.

Ah, man after my own heart (and hopefully a healthy one). Used to eat like that, but not too often anymore. Just something about the past few days has me very hungry.
BBQ oversiezed pork rib of dinner with the fixins. Hmm, maybe I'll thow in some Kraut to livin it up.

Doc have you gone for a checkup recently? Excessive hunger may be a sign of Diabetes II. If you were a woman I would have said that you experiencing menopause but since you are male it might be worth it to have things checked out.

In an effort to eat at least a little bit healthier, I try to make a pint last for 2 servings but the freezer here at work was not keeping things frozen so I just ate the other half.

Yes, and I am fine on sugar. If anything, I go LOW on sugar so I am border line Hypoglycemic at times. Just a very high metabolizm and for some reason I am STARVING.
And skiadikt, I WISH I could get back up to 140 and stay there. The more I eat the faster I burn it off. And, beer doesn't do a thing except make me pay the rent for it.
breakfast: two poached eggs and a slice of wheat toast; 225 calories
lunch: falafel pita; estimate 350 calories.
dinner: two tacos at baja fresh; 500 calories.
total today: 1075 calories. done for the day, and i'm starving.
