Its kind of funny everyone is debating, bitchin, moaning about a 6 month + ski season regardless of this year's challenges. First world problem - enjoy!

Awesome job this year Mike & team!!

Young lawyer who thinks he knows everything. Those who take pleasure in filling this world with negative rhetoric and antagonistic banter are not valuable members of society. The bottom line is SL has never skied K in June or even knows what June skiing means, yet he stands on a pedestal flogging the single person who has done the most for everyone on this site and the Killington region in the last decade. SL's interjections into conversations on this site do not benefit the K community, the resort, or this board. The negativity is unfounded, misdirected, and childish. Unfortunately, this is all this kid knows. So here it is, more negativity. Great, just what he wanted.

So I reiterate, just leave. This world, your world, my world would all be better without him.

as a big proponent of the longer season, extremely happy with the job mike & co have done bringing k back from the dark days of the nyberg years. would i like to be skiing memorial weekend or june? you bet. do i think mama nature conspired against us? big time. until the february snows came, this season shaped up as one of the worst of all-time and yet every time i came up, no matter what curves mama nature threw at us, the skiing surpassed my expectations.

personally don't think june will ever happen despite mike's "intentions". we'd need a 350" snowfall and a lot of cooperation from mama nature to make it happen. maybe if mike is still into it, we get memorial weekend one season. we came close last season. but with a corporate entity to report to, just don't see it happening.

addressing moose's sacrificing some trails for the build on supe ... can only speak for us but having those runs added to our ski experience. i might have traded the fiddle for lower o but that another story. as a late season proponent, hard for me to say this, but don't know how you can have 3 or 4 runs "lay fallow" for the sake of extending the season on one run and explain that to the general public.

again kudos to mike & jeff for a great season.

It's not about Mike or Jeff or others
...unless they fence things off, June will be do-able.
The question involves your desire to get at it

Two things:

(1) Hoping that people on this board die is close to wanting to kill them and that crosses lines that shouldn't be crossed.
(2) It's silly to want me to die. Gods are immortal and the Weather God is no exception. Can't believe you're so ignorant.

I'd buy the bullet, SL should pull his own trigger. At least society would know he accomplished something...

I'd like to thank everyone who took a very constructive and informative thread started by Mike Solimano and turned it into the sh*t show it has become. Very much appreciated by resort management, I'm sure.
