Missed out on skiing last week with family needs taking precedence. Made it to the F-14 Tomcat with yesterday and today.

I now have 3 days...........................what a disgrace I am to the sport of skiing.

The Boeing XB-15 also known as "Old Grandpappy" Only one was built. This was a prototype of a long range heavy bomber with a 5,000 miles range. as the original engines called for in the design were not available, weaker ones were substituted and the design speeds were never reached.

Any resemblance to the Boeing B-17 is coincidental as both were developed at the same time.

I'm at 7. However, 2 of those days were over on the rope tow teaching my 4 year old niece how to ski. Although I was on the snow with skis on, so I'm going to count them!

I waited until today as this is one of the only known pictures of the YF-16 and the YF-17 flying together that is known to exist. You all know the YF-16 as the F-16 Fighting Falcon. The YF-17 Cobra never was produce in the form shown. We know it today as the F-18 Hornet because it is a markedly different airframe.
