Heated gloves?
Hello. My old hands seem to be getting colder every year. Looking into different options on heated gloves. Anybody have any experience they can share. Thanks.

Mittens, glove liners plus chemical heat packs for the coldest days. Works for me. You can buy a bag of the heat packs at Walmart in Rutland for $5.

Purchased the heated MITTENS for my daughter at Cabelas for $180.00 and she loves them ! Go with heated mittens over gloves , they're warmer.

Re: Heated gloves?
I bought Cabela mittens last year and they keep my hands toasy until he batteries dies. Since the batteries are so expensive, I bought a pair of the gloves at winter clearance price and now with two sets of batteries. I switch batteries at mid-day.

Hard to justify the price difference between the heated and non-heated mitts when you can buy a 10-pack of hand warmer for $5.

Re: Heated gloves?
I switched from gloves to mittens (unheated) a couple of seasons ago, and the difference in warmth was astounding. I still wear the thin Seirus liners (they make the liners in mittens, too) underneath and my hands have not been cold since. Yes, the dexterity is compromised a bit, when trying to strap into my poles, but a small price to pay for the warmth.
