Compliments to K for pulling this off. They could have easily bailed. Shows they respect their "clients".

Saw you people working the course all day. Kudos lots of effort people don't see goes into making these events happen. Nice job on the catch fences.

was there wednesday and things did not look encouraging at all. really sounds like you guys pulled off a miracle. kudos to all involved. it's why k will always be "the beast". have fun everyone.

a question: the highline course has "seemed" steeper to me than the ol bmmc course. is that the case?

Considering how bad Highline looked earlier this week, it's amazing how good the course looks. Kudos to all who worked so hard to pull this off.

HOLY CRAP! The skiing dinosaur is not wearing a helmet!! WTF?! What happned to "safety first?!" Even Jurassic dinos need their pea brain-os.

It must have been a crazy Mogul Challenge when the dinosaurs are running free

pictures up on k's facebook page. a couple days before the event looked hopeless. did an incredible job getting the course in shape. will never doubt them again ;-)

From experience, highline course is steeper than the OL course which is on the lower portion of OL and gets less steep than Highline. Under the opening conditions, Highline is much worse than the lower sections of OL, especially under icy conditions.

Don't believe me? Try working on the steep of highline just for an alpine race and tell me it isn't as bad. Bump course was at the middle of that steep.

It sounds like having the event over at K 1 got the K Zone seal of approval! Do you think that it will be held at K 1 from now on? How about a new name if it is.
