We didn't even realize it until we were stepping in as we were chatting with some friends, but we got to ride in the new box yesterday. What a huge upgrade, a lot more room between you and the person you are across from, but the biggest thing I noticed was the noise, or should I say, lack there of. I always assumed the drone was from the lift and not the box, but these new ones are almost silent. It is a huge upgrade, after riding boxes all day, I often go home and feel like I have been at a rock concert. Kudos on this move Killington, its a huge upgrade. Maybe Skyship boxes next year(wishful thinking).....
Also, the new flow through the tunnel is interesting, it is almost uphill of the natural trail, its going to be interesting to keep that "S" turn from getting scraped off as it has always been an odd spot to maintain snow control of on an average day.
