OK, so this post got me to read the Snow Report!

Posting a little more of what is in the Snow Report here:
Tomorrow begins the final hurrah for our bonus weekend on the Skye Peak Express chair. The Skye Peak Express will be open Friday, April 14th through Sunday, April 16th where we believe it will be closed for good. The Bear Mountain Quad and Base Lodge will be closed, but you will still be able to access Outer Limits via O.L. Express and the bathrooms. Even though the food court will be closed at Bear, you can always check out the Rollin Rooster food truck for some good eats.

Is the Skye Peak Express closing for the season, or CLOSING FOR GOOD as in never to ever run again???

If I was dropping $2M on a condo at Bear, I would want direct access to OL from the bathroom.
