yeah marginal last night. maybe some higher elevation spots. at this point they're interested in getting max production. the days of making snow at 28, 30, 32, 36 degrees are over.

if they were gonna do it, thought they'd wait until tonite when temps get into their "sweet spot" but there's no mention in the report and they usually like to broadcast that. so not a good sign. they have a great window into next tuesday. you'd think they'd want to spruce things up before the holiday weekend. sunday river and stratton are firing up. in addition to resurfacing and base building, upper wildfire needs snowmaking. can't remember a season when they didn't make snow on it.

Also they haven't skipped Pipe Dream once since the pipe was replaced in 2018.

yup pipedream as well, but that had laid fallow for many years. i consider upper WF a primary route at bear. interestingly since my post, they've updated the report to mention they're firing up the guns tomorrow morning on lower GE and cruise w some spots. suspect that's we'll see from here on out. their snowmaking budget is in the rear view mirror.

Meanwhile okemo had upper world cup and sweet Solitude all lit up! But as u guys say... okemo, who cares.

Okemo skipped making snow on their "double blacks" this year.

Good to see K going back to lower GE, that was getting brutal.

Gonna be tough 4 them prioritizing Upper WF; if they read KZone, it's gotten some high marks recently !
