uh no ... actually thought other than the original bear build, today may have been the most snowmaking i've seen all season. guns running on most of header other than the middle part where it joins w easy street. they were bombing the stash in some sections from both sides. the dreammaker park. shorty and yes even the mythical grizzly. a few on the trail skiers right that drops off to WF from BC. a bunch at the bottom of chute in addition to other spot guns.

nothing in the pipe but if i remember from last year, they make gigantic piles on grizzly and push them down into the pipe.

Agree, good effort, especially given that snowmaking conditions appear to be less than optimum.

Not gonna complain about Header getting the full court press finally.

Few guns in the pipe now. Doubt they'll do any build there.

The question is, what will they blow for the weekend?

I have heard rumors of Conclusion due up next.

You're right about those 3. I just want to see snowmaking on Fiddle.

header looked to be shut down. temps were on the mild side.

continuing to pound the bear parks in addition to shorty & grizzly. a couple on northway and yeah newpy a few in the pipe. also a couple on top (the bridge) of lower GB. other spots around the mtn.

Would expect to see the capacity that was on Header go to one of the few left in the Basin today/tonight...

did warm today. report says they shut down in the morning as temps warm so probably nothing new overnight. should fire back up overnight friday. wouldn't be surprised if we see ovation this weekend and who knows maybe the fiddle when they finish the stash/dm builds, though more likely upper WF.

In other "expansion" news, the Rollin Rooster is moving back into the Skyeship Base Lodge tomorrow. They expect to serve lunch roughly 10 to 3 pm this weekend with snacks and coffee earlier. Bar will be open.

I'll be there for lunch one of the two days.

We will be making snow on Superstar, Ovation, and Dream Maker throughout the day tomorrow.
