is it from the r*in or exposed by the r*in...look at supe in may when it weekend only...the snow is VERY dirty after any r*in...

" .. just shout 'em right out if ya know .."

Grooming trough scoured dirt has a tendency to soil a machine's tracks and gets redistributed on top.
Without a groomer pulverizing the surface, and with limited traffic, SS will decay more slowly than in past seasons.
Irrespective of fog .. the base generally rots from beneath .. the dreaded 'S' will be more pronounced.

Though this is kinda inconsequential unless you know a bail bondsman 8)

Have never seen this much bicycle traffic this early.

And the 90 day forecast is a scorcher.

The glacier won't last as long as usual.

Since construction on new KBL is on hold till when? And the demo of the old KBL is when? I’d have to say we’re looking at a full year for the opening of the new KBL.

Also last I heard from brad they still wanted 3 more full days of blowing on SS. That was why the hoses weren’t taken off yet. They didn’t get those 3 extra days so. So.

All depends on if the current situation gets better or totally shits the bed. What's the odds of the WC even happening at this point?

Agree on the WC. I am hearing talk of a fall round 2 of the virus. I sure hope not!

That assumption is based on this thing having seasonal variability, which all current evidence contradicts.

Can't they demo the KBL and still observe antisocial distancing? I'm sure the construction crew wants to get back to work. Risk level is extremely low. They're more likely to get hurt in the job than catching this f*** Wuhan virus.
I get all the news I need from the weather report

VT considers essential construction services ..
'Operations necessary to support COVID-19 response and maintain critical infrastructure'
COVID-19 will impact this lodge more than Irene impacted the Peak.
