Exactly. Those fees also go to the vet bills when the foster group/person rescued her. Like BoozeTan said, spaying or "clip, clip", toothies being cleaned, food, etc.
Plus don't know where she originally came from but the rescue group I worked with goes to the puppy mill auctions..... those places are sad and horrid.

Speaking of rescues..... read this last week. Very sad. Wish I could help out and take care of a soilder's pet while he/she is overseas.
