Best trails depends on your skiing ability - tough question to answer without more information.
Evenings vary depending on what night of the week you're talking about. I'd avoid the Wobbly Barn for dinner on Friday or Saturday unless you get there early or don't mind waiting for an hour or more to sit down. Happy hour at the Lookout tends to be very crowded on Saturdays, to the point where walking around is impossible. That's not my cup of tea but it might be yours.
The main things to keep in mind while here are that crowds on weekdays and weeknights are nothing compared to weekends, and the experience on and off mountain is far different on a Saturday night than on a Tuesday night.

Lower BDFR was in pretty good shape this afternoon when I skied it on my way to taking the Needles Quad to get back to the other side of the mountain.Bubba wrote:LOL....if you only knew how infrequently I do that run.
