Route 4 Update

Post by NJKillington »

Any new pictures?? I love the pictures.

Whats the latest about the roads around Killington. Haven't seen a lot of notes about it recently, which I guess is a GOOD thing. Anyone live around the shortcut road area?

West Hill Road was in good shape Sunday when we took a ride. East Mtn Road not so good and downright dangerous in the dark.

Just came up last night. Route 4 from Rutland to Kton is in good condition. Everything is as it was before, except for the Mendon portion that was destroyed by the storm. They did a great job there, one lane each way and a 30mph speed limit. It's only for a couple of miles.

The side roads received more damage from yesterday's r*in. Until the culverts are repaired, more of the same. Parts of Rim Road and Roundabout nearly washed out again last night.
