We are considering switching from Comcast/Xfinity.
Any issues?

The speed and the IP-TV picture quality is awesome. Also loved the fact that the installation has no wiring. Each TV is connected wireless. Only issue I had was the installation contractor was a fly by night outfit but it they got it working, and its the fastest internet. Much better than here in Mass. at home or my office.

The only issue we had was they wanted us to sign a 1 year contract for a seasonal rental. If they came up with a monthly commitment we would give them a shot. While I don't care much for Comcast, they don't make us pay for a year when we only want Nov thru May.

We have their GigE service but not TV
Pros-
Very fast when working can use streaming services without issue
Easy to use vacation hold so we shut it down for the summer
Cons
We have found we need to reboot VTEL WiFi Router virtually every trip or we get 10 Mbps speed. once we reboot we get speed we expect
