Rick's BBQ

Post by snowsprite »

So what night of the week would be best to meet at Ricks like last summer?

I prefer a Friday so I don't have to miss kickboxing or my other class (and to pig out, no less). But I realize traffic could be hellish on a Friday.

Who's up for feasting there one night the week of the 18th? Let's do this!

Sprite
I like wine.

Being on the disabled list, I can make it most any evening. BUT, traffic on Fridays during the summer months is insane, espcially at the bridge. Let me know about a week in advance.

Ricks BBQ

Post by Knut »

The many years I have been at the BBQ grill this is the the best. The charcol is as deep as I have ever seen this early in the season. The tempature is perfect. The Hotdogs are a little firm but should soften in a few days. The creamed corn has this nice creamy constancy too.
Today I tried a new Spatula made by K2 THE FLIPPER in 64 cm, although a little short for the deep coals it had good edge grip and could easly pick up two burgers bla bla bla..........

Do you mean this Rick?

I'm in! Just say when. Hopefully, work will not get in the way. Every night is a good night for pork products, especially at Rick's! :-)

Unless anyone objects, let's plan on tuesday 7/26 at 6:30 pm. I'll bump this thread to get a roll call in a week or so.

Heck, why don't we invite up a few of the regular flamers and have our own kickboxing tourney?

Hey Mr. Man. Are you referring to me sweetie? I'd rather not kickbox anyone. I could get hurt. But we call all sweat to my oldies together.

Kisses.
