I do think unlimited pass buyers will get access to the Adventure center as it states Summer use.
It would be nice to have some reward for renewing an unlimited pass as newcomers do get a nice perk.

rumored to have a small service fee with payment plan as well as an incentive to pay in full with unlimited pass may be summer pass to pico adventure center.
apparently passes are on sale - so this all should be spelled out very soon.
