Re: Grist Mill
Holy crap. Can you say someone from the Grist Mill has logged onto Kzone to try to drum up some biz? Talk about shitty, cheap food and crappy service to boot. Just about the worst place on the mountain. And it's a shame because it's a beautiful building with a lot of potential. You can also try Wen...

Re: Grist Mill
It is pretty clear that you have an agenda here. Everyone who says something negative hasn't been there recently or they are just completely wrong. Well... happen to be a local. Yes have been there recently. Again, one of the most beautiful spots on the mountain, best views... so much potential. Da...

Re: am I reading the trail map correctly? no snowmaking?
People. It's 50 degrees outside. Take it from a local. You can't make snow when it is this warm. Get pissed at Mother Nature - The Beast can't do anything about her moods.

Time to sacrifice a virgin
Need to take drastic measures.Where is the bonfire going to be held and do we have enough virgins? Enough is enough. NO MORE R+A+I+N. No more warm weather. I want a consistently cold weather pattern to set in with abundant snow forecasted--if not a downright, snow only, (No ice please) blizzard - li...

One problem is that we have friends with small children who loved skiing Killington but can no longer do so because they cannot afford to put their children in the ski programs at Killington. You're kidding right? Skiing has been expensive for decades. Putting kids into ski programs and ski races h...

Re: reply
If Killington doesn't want ski clubs, beginners, intermediate, ski house people, day trippers and weekend warriors;than who the F do they want? As stated elsewhere, they are looking to attract those that can afford to purchase those dream homes and condos that the town of Killington will now BLOCK due ...

Re: Sunday River...
Looks like Sunday River is opening for the season later this week after their one day Halloween October opening. I guess I'll wander up for a day next weekend. This Killington slow open really sucks. I guess it's time to get out my Chris Nyberg voodoo doll. One good stab for every lap at Someday Bi...

I'd understand all the crap on this board if my tender perennials weren't still in full f-ing bloom, with tomatoes still on vines. They all should have been killed off by a few hard frosts a month ago. All in favor of taxing carbon and wrecking our nation's economy in order to kill off Ski Fetish's...
