How about open the hill - no rental properties - keep the restuarants and bars closed?

so much for no uphill travel, and banning social gatherings in the k1 parking lot. saw on the web cams folks coming down super, ovation, and bear several times this afternoon. why make such a policy when you know you cannot enforce it? also i want to be optimistic like GIS, but i agree with day tripper, they are done until next fall.

More people are hiking Dear Leap and Thundering Brook Falls then are at the Mountain.

If it's only the Superstar trail available on a sunny day, after the initial rush at opening, there would be more people hanging out in the parking lot than on the slope. I'd have no problem with that kind of crowd, much better than a typical MLK weekend.

Well Vermont just extended the stay at home order until May 15th. That pretty much puts the nail in the coffin on K reopening this spring.

Did you really think K would re-open in April? I kissed ski season goodbye when I drove home March 15th.
We were actually planning on coming up this past wed - this sunday. Of course it's dumping right now!
